Which login ID belongs to my library account?

In order to log in to your library account in KatalogPlus, you need a University ID (students and employees of the University of Münster) or a login ID issued by the ULB (all other persons). The assignment of your library account to your ID is stored in the ULB.

If you do not yet know the ID belonging to your library account or have forgotten it, you can easily find it here: Enter your ULB user number, which you will find on your library card (for students: on the back of your Student ID card), in the following form and click on the "Send ID by e-mail" button. You will then receive your ID by e-mail to your e-mail address(es) stored at the ULB. If your ID is a login ID issued by the ULB, you will also receive a link in this e-mail that you can use to retrieve your identifier with the associated initial password; for security reasons, this link can only be used once and is only valid for 24 hours.

Password forgotten?

You have forgotten your password that belongs to your ID? In this case, students and employees of the University of Münster should contact the CIT. All other persons can have their password reset at the ULB for the login ID issued by the ULB. For security reasons, you must come in person to the Central Library (Krummer Timpen 3; service hours); there you will receive a new password for your library account. In this case, please be sure to bring your library card as well as your identity card or passport with you!
