Sprach­wis­senschaft muss nicht trock­en und lang­weilig sein. Dafür sorgt z.B. die Zeitschrift „Spec­u­la­tive Gram­mar­i­an“, „the pre­mier schol­ar­ly jour­nal fea­tur­ing research in the neglect­ed field of satir­i­cal lin­guis­tics“.

Der Wikipedia-Artikel über „Spec­Gram“, wie sie kurz genan­nt wird, gibt eine gute Charak­ter­isierung:

„The jour­nal includes humor­ous arti­cles often writ­ten in an exag­ger­at­ed schol­ar­ly tone.
